A Student Management System (SMS) for UPC College that analyzes the students’ data and provides appropriate reports/letters based on the user role in the system; enables SMS administrator/agents to manage the students’ data using SMS standard functions; extract information from SMS to publish on a web site for references or print out as reports or mail-merged letters and provide facilities (via internet) for agents, students and parents to access limited information from the System.
